Chapter Two "The Arrival"
Vincent stared back at Sha-keara. She was about 6' feet tall, short blonde hair that didn't go past her shoulders, sapphire blue eyes, tanned skin, despite many battles she had no scars like him. Almost elven like ears, not physically built like the rest of their race once was. Vincent couldn't help but notice her natural feminine curves or bust size. She was wearing her race's battle armor, despite the several suits of better armor on the ship, skimpy torso protection, however it had magical power or so she claims, it was also very revealing of her body, she was probably 120 lbs soaking wet, she never told him her own weight. "Well, look at the star of the system for example. It's not Red, the star is fairly young. From the scans of the planet, the inhabitants have yet to poison all their environments and is relatively young compared to ours. Besides they haven't discovered Light Travel yet, as we stumbled upon. Need I continue?" Vincent said looking back. "I guess you're right. I feel my powers are draining. It's like someone or something is restricting my powers." Sha-keara looking over Vincent. He was a little younger than herself, yet he looked much older. He was 7'6" tall, had a 350 lbs well built body, his skin was almost the same color as copper, he was wearing the same black training shirt and customize black pants she'd made him years before. His hair went down to his shoulders in a untamed pony tail fashion, his eye's were something else, his eyes were once both a light red color, but now one was red and the other was black, she never found out why his eye changed. "So what do you want to do? Take the planet over or study them?" Sha-keara looked back to VIncent "What do you think?" Vincent said as he sat in his captain's chair "I thought as much." Sha-Keara got up and moved away from her seat towards Vincent ~*O*~ "Hey Pan, sweetie are you okay?" Victor was finished making Pan her breakfast. "Yeah, I'm okay. Just a little sick, that's all." Pan said trying to keep a straight face. "Oh, sorry I didn't mean to get you sick Pan." Victor turned around giving Pan his home made Orange Juice and Pancakes. "It's okay Vic, it was inevitable." Pan said eating slowly. "You seem different lately, you're not quite yourself. I doubt it's the cold." Victor said starting to make some pancakes for himself. "I don't know what you mean Vic. If I'm acting differently, I guess I'm not noticing. These are REALLY GOOD pancakes, I think they might be better than my mothers." said Pan as she started to scarf down the pancakes. "Thank you, I guess it's the fact that my SALT HAS SUDDENLY DISAPPEARED, or it's the fact I read up on some simple breakfast recipes. Since I got today off, you want to do something today?" Victor said as he poured himself some orange juice. "Sure, got any ideas?" asked Pan "Yeah, how about a good old fashioned DEMOLITION DERBY!" Victor laughed "Yeah and while we're at it, why don't I get a sex change!" Pan joked back "Point well taken, I know you hate demolition derbies or going to demolition derbies with me. I'm not sure yet." Victor said flipping his pancakes, which were golden brown from the excessively high heat. "Vic, just shut up and finish making your breakfast. I'm going to catch a shower and get dressed." Pan got up to went to Victor's bathroom "Can I come?" joked Victor looking back at Pan "Maybe later." Pan winked to Victor. Victor continued to make his special pancakes. ~*O*~ "Vincent, what is your plan exactly?" Sha-keara said walking over to Vincent "Remember what I always promised you?" Vincent turned around from Sha-Keara While walking around to get in front of Vincent, Sha-Keara thought back. Vincent had promised her a number of things, some things he made good on and some he couldn't or didn't. However she had an idea of what he meant. "Giving me the children I've always wanted?" Sha-keara said winking to Vincent "No, use your mind." Vincent looking back "I know, but I don't think that the inhabitants are push overs, I remember studying old intergalactic messages from the Saiyans and Changelings. Every single specie that has come to Earth as an enemy, has mysteriously disappeared. There were reports however that some of the Changeling's servant's live there. But nothing much after that since “Lord” Frieza, “Master” Cooler and King Cold disappeared." Sha-keara said realizing Vincent wasn't in a affectionate mood like she was. "Yes, I read those to. However there's a big difference between me and especially you and those Changelings. We're not blinded by our power, we know our limits and they haven't been matched in a very long time. If these inhabitants are strong, I'm sure they'll suffice as a slave race." Vincent concluded as he saw they were minutes away from reaching Earth's Air Space ~*O*~ Victor was finishing his call to Majuub and Raditz when Pan came back in, looking more ill than before. "Pan, you don't look so hot. Go lay down, I'll go run and get some medicine." Victor said walking over to Pan "I'm okay, really." Pan said grabbing Victor's bat like wings "Don't give me that Pan, you look sick. Just lay down in bed and rest, I'll go grab some medicine from the stores." VIctor said carrying Pan to his bed "Okay fine, but nothing with alcohol. Not only does it taste awful but it keeps me up and makes me feel worst." Pan said laying down "Okay." Victor turned around, spreaded his wings for flight and took off. I should really tell him before he gets a doctor. I'll tell him tonight after dinner, that should be the best time. I'm sure he'll be happy that he's going to be a father. That was all Pan thought about that morning. When to tell Victor and how their child will look seeing she's Saiyan and Human, and he's Vampiric. Something that Victor himself hasn’t notice, he’s a vampire yet he thinks he’s a human mutant. Althought nieve it was kind of funny. She doesn't care if her child will look more human or saiyan than vampire. It would be their child, and noone could take that away from her. Pan decided that a nap would be best. ~*O*~ Pan found herself this time in a thriving but primitive town. It was in a canyon, very desolate. But the people seemed happy. Everywhere she looked she saw men, women and children that bore the unmistakable marks of being a vampire. However there were some that had no marks. One such came walking up to her calling her Mika, but she knew this name somehow... "Excuse me Mika. Where's Krane?" A man asked Pan "Krane's coming soon. He said that he had to personally help a village that was dieing from thirst. How are you and your people Abel?" Mika asked the man "Our people our wonderful! Thanks to you and Krane all of us that survived the death of our homeland, now thrive here. However I haven't see my brother Cain. I've asked my mother and father if they've seen him but they haven't." Abel started to walk and talk with Mika "That's odd. Although I haven’t seen Cain in some time, I know he's looking for you. But if I see him, I'll tell him you're looking for him okay?" Mika looked back to Abel "Thank you Mika. Before I forget, some men have asked to seek your presence at the Sanctuary. They didn't tell me what for, but I think it's urgent. God be with you Mika." Abel waved to Mika as he left to go about his daily business "God be with you too my brother." Mika walked to the Sanctuary. The Sanctuary was built by Krane, as a gift to the humans for saving him. Krane had told her that he built the Sanctuary as a permanent pact between man and vampire. Krane knew that men had saved him and his people, including her from the full wrath of the Earth, so to honor his new friends, he built a building suitable for a god. A place where man and vampire could break bread and treat one another as family for all eternity. "Mrs. Krane, it's so good to see you once again. A man named Victor, and his servant Dayvé have come seeking your company. They want to make a peace between their tribes, yours and Krane's." the Village Elder asked Mika "Of course, I'll be waiting inside please find Krane, he should be coming from the southern entrance. Thank you Elder." Mika took a seat by her tribe's totem. Two men came walking into the Sanctuary. They were astounded that both Man and Vampire's accomplishments could not only be settled peacefully but also shared by one another as brothers. The building was the tallest one they’ve ever seen reaching into the heavens. Beautiful statues of human and vampire heros, both of legend and truth. The two men entered Sanctuary side by side. The man on the left was about 5' ft even, looked like he weighed about 150 lbs, pretty well built and very young. He had black hair that went to his shoulder, light red eyes, a light copper colored skin and had a small bastard sword with him. He had what looked like a bat outline but was solid black on his left forearm, that strutted along his arm The other man was about 6', he looked about 230 lbs, a little on the chubby side, she figured he might be royalty. He had long silver and black hair that went down his back, peaceful gold eyes, light blue skin, and a perfect spiral tattoo on the back of his left hand, he to had a sword. It was a normal Broad Sword. "Shaloam, and welcome. How can I help you my brothers? My name is Mika." Mika said to the two vampires "Greetings Mika, I am Vincent, the first born and heir to the Taluvian throne. I'm pleased to meet you." VIncent kissed Mika's right hand, which she offered before he kissed "Shaloam, my name Dayvé. The only remaining Zukunftian. It's a pleasure to meet a vampire of your class, your the first Aquarian I've ever met." Dayvé kissed Mika's hand "Thank you. Please take a seat, my husband is near, I can hear his horse. He's the one you'll want to talk to." Mika said as Krane came through the cloth door. "GREETINGS! You're the two i've been told that were coming right?" Krane come hugging all three of the people inside. Krane was 7' and was a really large vampire, about 400 lbs but was a former warrior, so he had some muscle to him. He had fair blue skin despite the relentless desert heat and sun. He had long red hair like a wild fire and orange eyes, he what looked like a bubble air bubble tattoo on his right hand. "Yes, my father has a small request of you sir." Vincent and Dayvé took a knee before his presence "Of course! Your father is a great man! How can I help him? Please rise from the floor, there are no superiors in this village." Krane said taking a seat next to Mika “My father is offering your weight in gold and treasures beyond your wildest imagination for your daughter's presence. He said it will be an undetermined amount time, however your daughter will be returned safely." Vincent said as he sent Dayvé to retrieve the gold and blood. "What do you mean? What does your father want with our child?" Mika asked Vincent "He heard about her “seer” abilities, his father is impressed with what he heard and politely and respectfully requests a small audience with her." Dayvé said dragging in a bag of gold. "Well, let me think about it. It is a dangerous world outside this town and it's also very late. I know you've spent some time getting here with your servant. Please stay and enjoy our festivities tonight." Krane said as he rose. "Very well sir." Dayvé said grabbing Vincent's mouth and walking out with him. "Krane, are you sure that his father just wants our daughter for her abilities? I think he might be up to something." Mika said full of concern for her only child "I know Mika, but God protects the innocent and foolish. I was a fool, and he guided me and continues to guide me. God will protect our child should we decide to give Vincent's father an audience. "Okay. Krane, I love you." Mika hugged Krane LATER THAT NIGHT The entire town was by a large barn fire. It was an anniversary from when Man and Vampire broke bread with one another as children under the same leader. Elder's of both races told children of the tales from Krane and Adam meeting, how a foolish Krane found his way to a destroyed human citadel and accidentally meeting Adam, the man who saved him. Krane had repaid his debt to Adam by offering to rebuild their a home and give them his and his wife's service as their servants. Adam declined the offer saying no man deserved servitude against his will. But told him he could repay him by bringing his race there and hearing about the all might one. "Well Krane, have you thought about our offer?" Vincent said taking a sent next to Krane "I need not, nor want your offer. I give you my daughter willingly, please return her safely. She's my only child that God has blessed me with." Krane said offering Vincent some of the fresh baked bread and meat. Vincent accepted with a smile in his eye. Mika saw the strange smile, but thought nothing of it, perhaps it was because he'd keep is odd wealth. However, she summoned for one of her maids to bring her daughter. Vincent and Dayvé looked to see a stunning and beautiful young woman. She was 4'11", 100 lbs probably, very fair of skin, long and beautiful blonde hair, long and smooth legs, despite the protests of the human elders, she like to wear revealing clothing. She had the most dazzling sapphire blue eyes. However Vincent was more captivated by her breast size and long legs than the rest of her body. Dayvé noticed the glare that Vince was giving to Krane's daughter, and stepped on his foot to snap him back into reality. "Gentlemen, this is our daughter Sha-keara." Mika said as Sha-keara took a seat with her mother and father. ~*O*~ Pan suddenly woke up alarmed. Pan looked around to see she was still in Victor's apartment. This by far was the oddest dream she's had yet. "Why were people calling me Mika?" Pan wondered to herself, feeling stomach. She wasn't nautious like earlier. Pan was wondering how to break the news to her parents now. She was sure her grandfather and grandmother would be happy to know he had lived to see his first Great Grand Child, however Gohan might be a little upset seeing she hadn't finished college yet. But perhaps if Videl told Gohan first, he wouldn't be so disappointed, she could always goto night classes. VIctor slammed the door shut as he came back in. "Victor! Don't slam the... OH MY GOD!" Pan got up and ran over to Victor Victor was a bloody mess. HIs wings were broken, he lost his transformed state upon falling to the ground, his arm was dislocated. Victor rolled on his back, and tried to say something to Pan. Pan had to get real close to him to hear him. "Get the Senzu from my night stand." Victor laid on the ground, Pan got up and ran to his night stand to find his last senzu. After eating the Senzu, Victor got up and grabbed Pan. "Pan, do you remember what Daedalus said as he died?" Victor eyes were wide open "Yes, something like damnation is eternal and we shall be forever. A weird statement." Pan said looking back "Well I think I know what he meant by WE SHALL BE FOREVER.
