The Prom Part 1 ~It was a chilly day in the Mt. Pazou area the breeze carried leaves as the winter neared. Gohan awoke from a dream of an up coming event ‘the teen sweetheart winter prom!’ It was only less than two months away! He hurried out the door when he heard Chichi calling. “Gohan!” He then turned “Yes mom?” “Where do you think your going young man?” she said not looking up from making breakfast. “School mom” “Not without a good meal you don’t” “But mom” he whined. “Gohan…” “Please school mom” he gave her a puppy dog’s eye technique with sounds but failed miserably. “No! Table mister! Now march” “*sighs* Yes mum’s!” “Sit Gohan” “Mom I---” “SIT!” she held her frying pan with a glare Gohan cowered sat and food was set in front of him. “…uh…” “EAT!” “Mom...” “Eat it!” Gohan lumped some in and watched if the pan was anywhere near his head. No, so he relaxes and ate. When he finished brushed his teeth he grabbed his bag and waved “Bye guys! See you all lat-er!” he then took flight. “Mama what’s a Prum?” “A what?” she blinked. “P-r-o-m- mom” “Oh *giggles* you mean prom Goten!” “Yea Prum! That’s what I said” ”Oh silly…a prom’s a formal thing! You dress up dance eat you know” “Oooh” “Why may I ask?” “Oh brother was mumbling that all last month!” a grin formed on Chichi’s face. “Go on Goten your food might get cold” “Food? Oh goody! YUM!” “Uhmmmmm” “Goten you were to find me not stuff your face” “Oh! He heh! Oh… (Munching) parry rrunks! R raw’s ro rungrer!” “Yea, yea! Stop talking and will ‘ya hurry it up already?” Goten nodded and went into turbo speed. Chichi cleared the table as the mail man knocked on the door as Chichi smiled and took the mail. “Bills…bills…coupons…Gohan’s monthly books” she then walked to the table still flipping through the mail then some thing had caught her eyes as she grinned wildly “Well, well what do you know? Huumm interesting very! Ha he!” ~ Gohan came home with the smell of dinner to greet him as he called “Everyone I’m home!” “Gohan!” the chibi Saiyans cheered. “So what ‘ta do Gohan” Trunks grinned. “Huh?’Do’?”He raised an eyebrow. “Mom found something very interesting” Goten said as the two laughed and ran out the room as Chichi entered. They both sat as Chichi handed him a folded piece of paper “Read it” she grinned. “O-oh ok” he said slowly with a weak smile which faded quickly as he gulped and faced her. “Ask Videl” “V-Videl but…” “She’ll say yes! Trust me! “ “Oh, O-Ok Mom” Gohan was intrusting her opinion ~ “Videl?” Gohan tapped on her bedroom window. Videl smiled and looked up from her book and opened the clear window. “Hey Gohan!” “Hey “ “Hey yourself! Come on in!” “‘K” “So what brings you here?” she asked as she closed the French doors and put her book on the Bermuda. Gohan blushed as he thought how to start as he sat on a chair. “So…” “So, uh…the prom’s coming up and… If you weren’t busy or nothing…*blush*…I “ “Yes” “The prom and” Videl giggled as Gohan looked up at her blushing furiously “Son Gohan are you trying to ask me to the prom?” “Yes If…” “If so then ask me “she held his chin to look at her because he was sitting staring at the rosy petal carpeted floor. “Videl san would you do me the honor of begin my prom date?” “Of course Son Gohan! I’d be honored!” she planted a kiss on his lips “Eight…and don’t be late Son Gohan” “I wouldn’t not for this” he grinned. “See you at school tomorrow lover boy” “Huh?” he turned blushing as Videl giggled and winked with a small blush. “Bye honey” “Bye!” he took of blushing madly that he called her ‘honey’ and ‘lover boy’! But he shrugged it off. The prom had arrived as Gohan had walked Videl into
