Chapter Seven Revival of Videl
Gohan dived down as he hovered above the wreckage “Where’s Videl and the boys?” Trunks and Goten hovered next to them as Zombie people made out of twigs and trees emerged. “They’re back!” Goten said. “Haven’t had enough of me yet? Will you’re gonna wish you had!” Trunks said with a grin. They where surrounded they all nodded and lunged at the enemy as they sliced them in half! “KA ME HA ME----HAAA!” Goten and Gohan shot out the large blue beams destroying half the wood people. ~LATER “What? Erasa’s kidnapped Videl?” Gohan said. “Yea! Right after we where attacked earlier!” Goten said. “Well at least she didn’t fall to her death even though she can fly” Trunks said. “It’s even worst than I thought!” Serenity said “She holds the Dark Maiden’s powers along with Videl! A mirror image of the two thousand year old maiden that lived centuries ago!” “You guys stay here! I’ll get Videl back!” Gohan said. “I--” Serenity started “Time’s against us! We may even come in direct with the Dark Maiden herself I’m afraid ….” “What?” “But she’s dead!” Goten said. “And she doesn’t know of the dragon balls either! So---” Trunks started to protest. “And if she succeeds we’ll might a foe of one of our own! ….we must stop this” Serenity said her voice stern more tan her usually cheerful self. ~LATER “This is unheard of! You’ll be so sorry when I get through with you! When my father finds out you did this you’ll be so dead!” Videl yelled as she was tied her hands together as well as her feet. A figure emerged a woman looking just like Videl with black hair but she had light blue eyes that turned red at times she looked at Videl with zombie eyes and no pupil she had no expression what so ever. “Who are-y-you?” Videl said near a squeak. “Now this may hurt! This gem with sap your memories your pure heart and your spirit” Erasa grinned as she demonstrated on a rock that exploded. “Then you’ll become a member of the living dead dear princess! …Hope you had a good run!” “So she’s the Dark maiden in all those legends? I never took them that seriously *until now that is!*” “Yes … Can you believe all this time she was in you? A mirror image in fact” Erasa laughed still the other woman’s face still expressionless as he hair swayed in the warm breeze. ~LATER “* Serenity’s right! There’s no time to lose! If we don’t hurry …. I’ll be one less sister short! And Videl will be life less!*” Trunks sped up. ~LATER “I -I can’t move …. And I can hardly breathe let alone speak” Videl panted she started to sweat a bit. “Hummmmmm ….most sayians would have died be now or at least faint! …May be she carries more of the blood than I expected” Erasa watched as Videl’s body glowed. “How unexpected! A sample of her blood would do me well” she took out a clean needle as she approached she was shot back by the energy “How can she possess so much?” the needle smashed in her hands. “Rugh! Her spirit must be angered! The Dark Maiden inside of her!” Erasa grunted. “I suspect she must have felt betrayal before! …. Her spirit must be taking it’s revenge!” The maiden looked at Gohan and the others her eyes narrowed then fixed. “You survived the attack?” Erasa gasped “*Sharpner’s not as skilled as he was years ago*” ~Please do not summon me …. Do not ….or misfortune shall come upon us all~ “IT’S THE DARK MAIDEN!” Trunks and Goten yelled. “VIDEL NO!” Gohan and Serenity yelled. Beams of light shot out of Videl’s body as Erasa laughed. “FOOLS! YOU’VE SUMMONED HER! VIDEL’SHEART SKIPPED A BEAT! NOW DARK MAIDEN IS FREED! YOU HAVE SENT VIDEL AMONG THE LIVING DEAD!” The large beams formed into one and hit the maiden as she glowed her eyes closed. She touched her cheeks as her face looked angered. “Videl don’t leave us! Can ‘ya hear me?” Gohan cried as he stood beside her. “Videl’s spirit has been awakening in the Dark Maiden’s!” Serenity cried. The maiden stood as Erasa grinned “Obey me! Destroy them … what are you waiting for?” She looked aiming at Gohan and the gang then swished to Erasa as she screamed and was destroyed. “Gohan … you’re alive …. Your family was destining to be doomed centuries ago…” she spoke quietly not looking up “You bastard! I despise your low level selves” she looked up her eyes narrowed with tears. “Videl….” Gohan looked at her lifeless form. “I could see you in the future I fell for you … then later I saw you fallen for another… forbidden to love yes… we where” she held his hands “TRAUTOR! YOU MONSTER!” she shocks him as he fell back. “You half breed! You ask to be with me! …You told me you LOVED ME! TRAITOR!” “What ‘bout Videl” Goten sniffed. “This spirit will not cease until …as long as she holds this grudge against him” Serenity said “Until then …. Videl will be doomed for ever” “Oh no!” Trunks said “I’m an only brother …* ok …. I was before but…Oh hush!*” “It was true then …but” Gohan said. “QUEIT LIAR! I WILL HEAR NOMORE OF YOU LIES! I WAS A BAKA TO BELIEVE IT THEN! …. I WAS A FOOL TO BELIEVE YOU’RE LIES! MY SPIRIT SHALT FORGET THAT! … I DISPISE YOU FOR EVER HALF BREED! MY SPIRIT SHALT REST UNTIL YOU ARE DEAD!” “Gohan … please hurry and destroy her once more” Serenity sighed “Destroy her now” “NEVER! NOT UNTIL I HAD MY REVENGE ON THIS RUNT! I SHALT BE AT PEACE!
