" TRUNKS & PAN .... A LOVE STORY "Written By: Debs-dragon Disclaimer: Not mine but some smart person in Japan owns 'em. Chapter 6 Farewell to a Daughter Goten dropped Pan, Trunks, Bra & Mike at Pans house & then took Marron home. They all went inside to the Kitchen. "Drink anyone?" asked Pan. "Yes please " they all replied. They sat around the table drinking sodas and laughing at each others antics at the beach. "Hey" said Bra. "We're going to have a video night at our place tomorrow, why dont you come along Pan, bring your stuff & you can sleep over." "Oh I'd love to" replied Pan but I'll have to check with my parents first." Trunks smiled at her. Pans thoughts were going around in circles, she could almost feel his arms around her, taste his kiss upon her lips. "Earth to Pan...Earth to Pan..." said Bra. Pan returned with a jolt. "Sorry I was miles away." she replied. "I can hear your dad outside, why dont you go & ask him now?" said Bra. Pan got up & went outside. Her parents were walking back towards the house, their arms around each others waists. "Hi there sweetheart, have a good time at the beach?" asked Gohan. "Yes lovely thanks" she replied. "Err would it be okay if I go to Bras tomorrow night? They are having a video evening & I have been invited to sleep over." "I cant see why not." said Videl. "Sure you can." "Oh thanks mom, dad." and she gave them both a hug. "You just behave yourself young lady." added Gohan. Pan blushed "of course I will dad." and she skipped back into the house. Gohan sighed, his little girl was a grown woman now & he was finding it hard to accept that another male was taking his place in her affections. Still Trunks was a responsible young man, she could have done a lot worse. "Hey dreamy" said Videl. "It's not the end of the world you know" "At least I could do something about preventing that." replied Gohan, "But this, my little girl no longer needs me & theres not a thing I can do about it." he said sadly. "Cheer up" said Videl. "She will always need her dad. Anyway it's only a video night / sleep over for heavens sake, she will be back the next day." "Yes I know." said Gohan. They went inside & Gohan walked towards the front
door, it stood ajar. Outside he could see Pan saying goodbye to Bra,
Mike & Trunks. Bra & Mike left and he watched as Pan put her arms around Trunk's neck and kissed him. He turned away, No.... his little girl wasn't his little girl anymore. |
