"RETURN OF THE SAIYAN KING"

TITLE: Return of the Saiyan King

Chapter1: Return of Vegeta

Vegeta sat down in the hospital waiting room and picked up a magazine called
"The Tournament Times". He found that it was full of rubbish about Mr. Satan
being the World Champion martial artist and that he was undefeated, so he
threw it down and started watching Trunks play in the foyer.

Vegeta's thoughts: 'Well I'm glad someone's happy, why did that wretched
woman have to go and drag me down all this way just for some lousy
injections?'

Vegeta: 'Tell me again why I had to come here.'

Bulma: 'You know full well why you are here', Vegeta gives her a cold glare,
as he hadn't been listening to her before, 'it's because you've been on this
planet for years and you haven't been immunised against any of our
diseases.'

Vegeta: 'That's because I was born a Saiyan Elite and at birth we are
immunised against every possible disease that we may come across, so I don't
need any silly injections. If I needed them I would have got them myself.'

Bulma: 'Hmm makes sense to me but why didn't you tell me this before?'

Vegeta: 'Why didn't you ask?'

Bulma: 'Fair enough, but if that's the case then why did Goku catch that
heart virus?'

Vegeta: 'That's simple, it's because Low Level Saiyans are given an
injection for any diseases they encounter on the planet they have been
assigned and if they need any new vaccinations, for other planets, then they
are given them as required. But Kakarot got that virus from the Yardraf
while he was out gallivanting as the only Super Saiyan.'

Bulma: 'So you mean that Goku doesn't need those injections?'

Vegeta: 'Of course not, but it's too late now, the kind doctors are about to
give him the first one.'

Bulma: 'But Goku hates needles, I know you could get in there fast enough
come on please, for me.'

Vegeta: 'It goes against my principles to use my power for such petty things
as saving Kakarot from a big mean needle.'

Goku: 'No! No! Noooooooo! Please I'll do anything but please don't give me
the Oooow! Aaaaaah!'

Doctor: 'Please sir calm down and get off the desk it wont hurt at all.'

Goku: 'You mean you haven't done it all ready?'

Vegeta laughs and Trunks, seeing his father, does the same. The doctors get
Goku down and try to convince him that it won’t hurt, Goku doesn't buy it
but he goes through it anyway.

As Goku heads for the door Bulma turns to Vegeta.

Bulma: 'I think it would be better that you didn't tell him.'

Vegeta stands and Chi-chi, Gohan and Goten arrive.

Vegeta: 'What and deny me my fun.'

Gohan: 'Hey Vegeta, Bulma and how are you goin big guy (Trunks). Where's
dad?'

Vegeta ignores him and heads for Goku.

Vegeta: 'You seem happy, did the big scary doctor give poor wittle Kakawot a
wowipop aftew he had the mean old needle.'

Goku's face lit up.

Goku:' You mean you knew about that why didn't anyone tell me that they gave
you neat stuff like that, hey I got a colouring in book as well, isn't that
great.'

Vegeta: 'I don't know what amazes me more, your cowardice or stupidity. Oh
and before I forget, you didn't even need that needle you were immunised
against all those diseases when you were a baby.'

Goku: 'You mean I don't need any more, thanks for that Vegeta I didn't mind
it just once but they had seven more needles lined up for me you're a real
lifesaver pal.'

Vegeta is furious and it becomes obvious to all the others that if someone
didn't get one of the two out of there then there would be blood on whatever
was left of the moon.

Bulma: 'Vegeta we better be going now, since you don't need any injections
there's no point in us staying around.'

Bulma grabs Vegeta by the arm and walks him down the hall.

Trunks: 'What about me?'

Chi-chi: 'We'll be glad to have you stay here with us for a while.'

Bulma knows better then to give Vegeta any reason to turn around so she just
nods and ushers him towards the elevator.

Chi-chi: 'We'll drop him off at about five o.k.'

Bulma nods again and keeps on walking till Vegeta stops dead in his tracks.
His attention turns to a corridor that stretches down about 100m. Vegeta
fixes his eyes on a loan man about Goku's height. The stranger wears a cloak
and rather impressive looking armour.

Vegeta: 'What… It can't be… you …they told me you were.'

Stranger: 'I never knew you to have trouble with sentences before, but I
never thought that you'd be the type to let a woman drag you around either.'

Bulma's attention locked on the man's headpiece, it was the same thing that
she had seen so many times before, but only on people who wanted to blow the
planet up or use it for their own personal gain. His scouter glistened gold
with a fine crimson eyepiece. She would have to have him let her look at
that later but wait a second first she'd find somewhere to hide.

Goku watched as Bulma ducked behind Vegeta and then he sensed it.

Goku: 'What that's insane I don't believe it, I'm sensing two Vegeta's and
they are both as powerful.'

Chi-chi: 'It must be your injection; you know they can have strange effects
on certain people.'

Gohan: 'No mum dads’ right I sense it to.'

Goku and Gohan convince Trunks and Goten to stay put while they investigate.

Stranger: 'Hmm my we are powerful, my scouter indicates that your true power
lies well into the hundred millions, congratulations that is something to be
proud of. Oh and by the energy you are giving off it would appear that you
too have reached Super Saiyan.'

Vegeta: 'Father… is that you?'
