TITLE: Return of the Saiyan King

Chapter 5: All things must come to an end

Many hours later...

Vegeta, King Vegeta, Goku, Gohan, Trunks, Future Trunks and Goten lie exhausted on the gravity chamber floor.

Goku: I doubt I could move a muscle in my body.

Gohan: I guess thats what happens after training at 1000X Earths gravity.

The group slowly struggles to their feet, stumbles and struggles more. The group is beginning to doubt they will ever manage to stand when, as if from out of no where...

Chi-Chi & Bulma: ITS DINNER TIME!

Seven Saiyans jump, with new found strength. They arrive at the table in time to see Chi-Chi pile up the last plate.

Goku: Im famished.

Vegeta: Hmm... What are we having?

Before either of the girls has a chance to answer, the meal disappears before their eyes.

King Vegeta: That was the best meal I have had in nearly a decade. I wouldnt be troubling you if I asked for seconds?

Chi-Chi: When you have a family of Saiyans, you know to make more then one serve.

Several servings later...

The group of Saiyans pat their stomachs and head back towards their training chamber.

Vegeta: Well, I hope you are all ready. As I am not going to be holding anything back now.

Goku: What say we up the gravity?

Goten & Trunks: Again?

Vegeta: What? You boys not ready for it?

Goten & Trunks: We can handle anything you throw at us.

Gohan: You certainly talk the talk...

The group vanishes into the chamber.

Three days later...

Seven Saiyans wake up with new confidence. They have finished perfecting their techniques, and are looking forward to a strong fight.

King Vegeta: I must admit. I had no idea that we would all improve this much in this little time.

Vegeta: Yes. Training at twenty-five hundred times Earths gravity obviously had its benefits.

Goten: I kinda feel sorry for Pol-Arice. She has no idea what she is up against.

Trunks: Yeah. We all must have doubled our powers. I wonder what we can do fused...

King Vegeta: Those two know how to fuse?

Gohan: Oh. I thought Vegeta would have told you by now. We use a fusion dance to combine our powers into one.

Vegeta: Hmm... I had been too preoccupied training to worry about fusion. I will show you the dance now.

Vegeta begins the motions of a fusion dance as King Vegeta and Future Trunks watch on.

Vegeta: Do you think you could do that... In symmetry with my movements?

King Vegeta: It is certainly worth a try.

Future Trunks: Should I try this too?

Gohan: Yeah. It might be an idea for us all to know.

Vegeta and King Vegeta begin the dance, as do Gohan and Future Trunks...

Group: Fusion, Ha!

Two beings of tremendous power emerge from the explosions.

Super Vegeta: This power is incredible. I cant wait for that b*tch to arrive.

GoTrunks: I feel it too. Like this I doubt we have anything to worry about.

Goku: The fusion really is a useful weapon. But I think we all know that we will still have our work cut out for us.

Super Vegeta: Well. I almost hope you are right. I want to test my powers full potential. And how much longer do we have to wait?

Goku: Good question. King Kai! Are you there?

King Kai: I can hear you just fine Goku. No need to yell.

Super Vegeta: How much longer till Pol-Arice gets here?

Goku: I was going to ask that.

Super Vegeta sniggers.

King Kai: Not much longer now. You have about two hours left to get some sensui beans and rest.

GoTrunks: I will handle the sensui beans.

A bright flash of Saiyan power shoots towards Karins lookout.

Before the group has a chance to comment, the leather clad figure returns, beans in hand.

Goku: I guess we are set then. Now we have to choose a safe place to fight this monster.

Super Vegeta picks up King Vegetas scouter and places it over his left eye.

Super Vegeta: With a power like that there is no safe place to fight this thing. I suggest we find another planet.

Goku: Well... If we go to another planet then I can only hope we are followed. But which planet could we use?

King Kai: I suggest Jupiter. The high gravity will probably give you an advantage.

Goku: Isnt it made almost entirely of gas?

King Kai: Thats just something that scientists made up to save money on space travel. The air is breathable. Once you have passed through the storms that is. It would be the perfect place to fight her. Very little of your attacks would escape the atmosphere and the gravity is strong enough to prevent her from destroying it.

Super Vegeta: Well its settled. We wait on Jupiter, and then we end this creatures life once and for all.
