Disclaimer: I don't own the guys.

Rating: NC17 Violence, Language, LEMON

Arcatica was destroyed by King Vegeta. Years later the planet sends its finest warrior to destroy King Vegeta, but the warrior falls in love with one of the enemies.

Author's Note (A/N): anything in between /&/ are a character's thoughts, I
figured it might be getting confusing to those of you reading this, as to
when a character was talking to themselves, or telepathically to another.
A/N: In order to better understand the Great Division which is mentioned in
this chapter, you will have to read the sequel story which I will begin
writing once I'm done with Destiny's Road. Look for Destiny's Past Road,
soon after I complete this story!
A/N: I'm sorry it's taken me awhile to get this chapter out, but I had a
severe case of writer's block and nothing I typed sounded right, so I had to
go and redo the chapter a half dozen times, literally!
A/N: I thought I should just warn you, this chapter does have rape in it; if
you are squeamish about such things, don't read it! I'?s located near the
very end of the chapter, just in case you want to read and skip over the
unmentionable part, I'll have it noted for those who wish to skip it.
Disclaimer: You know the drill, I don't own 'em except Arianna, I just write
about 'em!
Feedback please, I crave it! I like to know what you think.
Enjoy!!

CHAPTER 11: ARCATICAIN JUSTICE, ARIANNA IS TORTURED

Arianna slowly woke up, the pain in the back of her head throbbing to
life, perhaps keeping pace with the erratic beat of her heart. She opened
her eyes and was met by pitch-blackness, /My eyes are open,/ she thought to
herself. She opened them again, or at least presumed she had, still just
pitch-blackness. /Where in the hell?/ she thought. /What is going on
here?/ she questioned herself, she tried sitting up, moving, anything, but
found that her arms were bound to something, as were her feet. "Hello!" she
screamed, hoping her screams would catch someone's attention.
She caught movement, or what she hoped was movement and not just her eyes
playing tricks on her. A door opened and allowed bright-unfiltered light to
enter. She squinted, trying to become accustomed to the brightness. A
shadow stood in the doorway, partially blocking some of the unaccustomedly
bright illumination. "Hello?" she questioned, her voice low, unusually low
and quiet.
The shadow moved closer, but still the light kept it silhouetted. /Who
in the hell?/ she thought.
As if to answer her question, the shadow rushed forward, and Arianna saw
for the first time who it was. "Kyetta?" Her voice quivered, her eyes
watering. Kyetta was her long time friend and confidant. "Kyetta, is it
really you? How did you-what are you doing here?"
Kyetta smiled, her pale violet eyes sparkling in the fake sunlight. Her
ash blond hair was pulled back in a severe ponytail, sitting at the top of
her head. Arcaticain Blood jewels decorated a dazzling headband that
threaded its way through her thick hair. "I married your brother Kuilian."
She said, dropping a bombshell, intently watching the emotions playing across
her best friend's and also sister in law's face.
"What? When did this happen? I never-" she paused, stretching her mind
out, if it were true, they would be able to read one another's thoughts now.
Family to family communication was only possible, never outside of the family
line. If Kyetta had truly married Kuilian, then she would be able to hear
Arianna's thoughts also, just like Kuilian, Iterias and Hiurian could.
/You know about the baby then?/ she queried.
/Yes,/ the thought echoed through her head. /I know it is also King
Vegeta's great grandchild. Many are not happy; others see it as a change
that had to come. We Feral's were never a warrior race to begin with, not
until the Great Division. Maybe this child will harkens us back to past
times, to the more glorious past of the Feral Arcaticains./
Arianna smiled at her friend, /Maybe it will, I don't know. Has Kuilian
seen anything about it?/
Kyetta shook her head sadly, /No, the only thing he has seen lately is
something terrible. He made me promise not to tell you./ Her violet eyes
refused to meet Arianna's green-blue ones.
"What?" Arianna asked out loud.
/I promised not to tell you Arianna, please don't ask, you know I can't
keep secrets from you!/ the thought exploded in her head, full of anguish.
/I know, but I think I have a right to know if it has to do with me.
Kuilian told me he'd seen a future that was dark and shrouded in shadows
if I came here. Did he see something else?/ She thought at Kyetta.
/Yes,/ she sadly nodded her head, silent tears streaming from her eyes.
/He saw the one you love, the purple haired one attacking you. Pinath too,
they both were attacking you at the same time. I don't know!/ she wailed,
the tears coming harder, flowing from her stricken eyes. /He saw you fall,
and you didn't get back up. You collapsed near a blue haired girl; she was
some relation to your love. A sister maybe?/
Arianna nodded her head. /Yes, that would've probably been his sister
Bra. She was attacked by Pinath and last I knew was critical. I don't know
if she's any better or not. She must be if she was alive in Kuilian's
vision./ Arianna became thoughtful. She turned her forest-ocean gaze towards
her best friend. /I need to get out of here, before the punishments begin./
/I'll talk to Iterias, maybe he can do something./ Kyetta offered.
Arianna tugged at the restraints that held her wrists immobile, they
didn't even budge. /No,/ she thought, looking up at Kyetta. /Iterias
won't be able to do a thing; he's bound by his station. Ask Kuilian or
Hiurian. One of them may be able to do something./
Kyetta bowed her head and grimly smiled at her friend. /I will, but I
can't guarantee Kuilian will be able to do anything./
/Just try, please./
Kyetta nodded her head and left the cell. The door closed heavily behind
her and Arianna was once again thrown into a darkness far darker than it had
any right to be.

*************************************************************************

Pinath knocked on the door before him and waited for permission to enter.
It came a few seconds later. The door slid open effortlessly and revealed
well-furnished living quarters. Iterias stood near a set of windows, gazing
out at the strange surroundings. So much different than Arcatica, this
Earth. "Sir," Pinath began, clearing his throat. "Everyone is in place and
is awaiting for the prisoner to be brought out."
Iterias turned from his musings and glared at Pinath. "You mean
Arianna." He said, his voice low with despair. "They wait for my sister and
the punishment I must inflict upon her for her betrayal."
"She brought it upon herself," Pinath growled, /How dare she mate with
anyone other than me, and a Saiyan to boot!/ the thought careened through his
mind, his anger rising. "Did she not think we would find out? Any one
would've known once the child was born it was not Arcaticain, of any form!"
His dark gaze darted through Iterias, making the General shiver.
Iterias watched the crazed man before him; Arianna had greatly insulted
Pinath and her own family by mating with the half Saiyan Prince. She was now
forever bound to the Saiyan trash, she would never be able to mate,
willingly, with anyone else. Iterias shook his head, trying to clear it,
/What is happening to my family?/ he thought despondently. /First Arianna
mates outside of the Arcaticain race, with a Saiyan non-the less! Then
Kuilian goes and marries a woman not suited for his station! What is
happening to my family?/
Another knock sounded from the door and Iterias turned from Pinath and
faced the closed door. "Come," he commanded, the door smoothly sliding open
at his voice. A young Arcaticain stood there, his head bowed in respect.
"Captain Moruquis ordered me to come and tell you that the crowd is getting
restless and wants the prisoner brought out." The young boy would not lift
his eyes and meet those of his commanding officer.
/So much like his mother,/ Iterias thought, looking down at the frail
looking boy and his ashen yellow hair. Iterias knew that if the child looked
up, he'd be looking into his own eyes. He quickly tossed that thought to the
back of his mind. "Tell Captain Moruquis we will be bringing the prisoner
out soon."
Iterias' head hung, /A shame,/ he thought, /to be calling you own sister a
prisoner./
The young boy looked up at the General, "Did you say something sir?" The
boy asked, looking curiously at Iterias.
Iterias shook his head, "No, just thinking to myself."
Both the boy and Pinath eyed Iterias strangely, equally strange thoughts
ricocheting through their minds. Only bloodlines and relates through
marriage could hope to communicate through telepathy. Yet the boy had heard
Iterias' thoughts.
Iterias turned to face Pinath, dismissing the boy. "Go down and inform
the crowd we will be bringing Arianna out in a few moments. She will be
addressed by her name, she is my sister and is still a part of the
Starsaults, and so is her child. She will be showed the respect our family
is due until she is termed guilty."
Pinath's eyes sparkled in anticipation. /That would not be long,/ he
thought to himself. /The child she carried is all the proof any would need
to know of her treachery. After she is deemed a traitor, no one will be able
to stop me from doing anything I please to her./ He forced himself not to
laugh, not wanting to alert Iterias to his evil scheme.

**************************************************************

The door opened again, emitting with it the to bright light. Arianna
squinted her eyes, trying to tell who her visitor was this time. /It's only
me,/ flitted through her mind gently. /I wish you would have listened to me
Arianna. You should have stayed with him. I'm afraid it may not be very
safe for you here./ Iterias' eyes were sad and had the look like he was
ready to cry.
/I could not stay with him Iterias, I am not welcomed anymore./ Her
voice was sad, thickened by tears. /He thinks I betrayed him and his family,
when I did no such thing. I love him more than life itself!/
Iterias stared down at his little sister, her dark flowing hair, matted
and tangled, but still beautiful. Her strange green-blue eyes, strange even
on Arcatica. Her delicate cat-like features. Her almond shaped eyes, her
fine pointed ears. Everything that made her Arcaticain, but still there was
something different about her, not the same. The child within her, he could
sense it, feel it?s life force already. How was that possible? It had to be
the cross breeding, the Saiyan in the child. He shook his head, clearing his
thoughts.
/I know Iterias, the child is strong. I too can feel her already./ She
smiled sadly, caressing the vague life signature that was her baby. /Would
the child live?/ she wondered, looking imploringly up at her brother.
/Please Iterias, let us go. Nothing good will come from this. They
will ask for her to be killed shortly after she is born, and after that they
will ask for my life. Can you honestly kill me?/ she asked, the tears
silently flowing down her cheeks.
Iterias could not answer her or look her in the eyes.

*****************************************************

"Whore," someone in the gathered crowd shouted, throwing a stone at
Arianna as she slowly walked past. She was guarded on all four sides,
Iterias at the front, Pinath at her back and two unknown guards at her sides.
/I wonder,?/ she thought, /Is it more for my safety, or the crowds?/ A
sardonic smile curved her lips. The stone hadn't even gotten near her,
/Fool,/ she thought, her gaze traveling across the gathered crowd, trying to
locate the person who had thrown the stone. No one's eyes would meet hers,
they all just shied away.
Her gaze traveled up the well muscled back of her older brother, his
strong broad shoulders, /He/s grown increasingly strong, maybe even stronger
than what I am.?
/Probably,/ the thought popped into her mind.
She narrowed her gaze, /Stay out of my head, Iterias!/ she silently
shouted at his back.
/Ok,/ came the reply, but his shoulders were shaking, like he was
laughing at her and didn't want her to know it.
She snorted out a laugh at him, /What ever!/
"Arianna?" A new voice.
Her eyes came up, colliding with ice gray ones. Stormy as a storm tossed
sea, and perhaps just as deadly. This old Arcaticain would preside over her
hearing, a hearing she new was already decided as they spoke. She would be
found guilty. "Yes?" her voice came out in a hoarse whisper.
"Do you know the charges that are being brought up against you?" His
voice was just as stormy as his eyes, she shuddered involuntarily.
"Yes," she whispered.
"You also know the punishment then?"
"Yes," she whispered again.
"Do you have anything to say in your defense?" He asked.
She nodded her head, "Yes, Actron," she gazed up at the elder Arcaticain.
"You can not hold King Vegeta's descendants responsible for his actions so
many years ago. They are not the ones who almost destroyed Arcatica!"
"Liar!" The crowd shouted. "Blasphemer!"
"Traitor!" "Kill her and her half breed child!" The shouts and
unwarranted accusations kept coming, growing worse and worse with each
passing insult. Arianna cringed, knowing what would happen next.
"Silence!" Actron shouted, his stormy gray eyes glaring out at the crowd.
"Arianna Starsault," his fathomless gaze returned to her, the shivers
running up her back again. "I have heard about what has happened, and I know
about the child you carry. I know about it's parentage." Arianna's gaze
did not waver. "The crowd has called for Arcaticain Justice, and it shall be
served. Arianna, you shall from this day forward be stripped of all your
formality standings, and be lowered from the station that was yours by
birthright. Arianna," his gaze swept around the crowd, "You are hereby
termed a traitor, and always shall be until it can otherwise be proven
different."
With that said, Actron turned his back on her and walked silently away
from the gathered crowd. Arianna, gape-jawed, watched him go. /And that was
that,/ she thought. /The end of my life as I know it, and all because I had
to fall in love with the enemy. A love he probably no longer returns./

********************************************************

"No, that just isn't possible!" Bra shouted at the top of her lungs,
turning her blue fire gaze on both her father and brother. "I don't believe
that!"
Trunks raised his hands, palms out, in supplication. "Alright, alright"
he said, "We got that. But she did change right in front of us. It was the
same cat who attacked us that day. She had to have been the cat that
attacked you. We haven't seen any other Arcaticains here."
"You wouldn't recognize one if it came up and bit you!" Vegeta snarled,
"You were rolling around with one in the sheets and never knew it."
Trunks looked down towards the floor of their home, his cheeks
redshifting. "I was blinded by my emotions, she used them against me."
"Any true Saiyan would've seen right through the charade!"
"I'M NOT A TRUE SAIYAN!" Trunks shouted at his father. "I'm only half.
I'm half human also father, and that human blood effects my emotions
differently than the Saiyan blood." He added quietly.
"It contaminates your Saiyan blood," Vegeta hissed.
"This is the first time I've heard you complain about my human heritage,
Vegeta." Bulma said from the kitchen doorway.
All eyes turned towards her, "Your human blood makes him weak!" Vegeta
hissed through clenched teeth.
"No, it makes him stronger." Bulma said.
"Hello," Trunks said, waving his hands in the air. "Said he is still in
the room. Hello? Right here I am, see?"
"Shut up boy!" Vegeta spat.
"Don't tell YOUR son to shut up you egoistical monkey!" Bulma shouted.
"Stupid woman," he sneered, slowly walking towards her.
Trunks grabbed hold of Bra's wrist and tugged her outside, into the
bright sunshine. "We'll leave them alone for a while." Trunks said, smiling
down at his little sister.
"Did you really sleep with her?" Bra asked, her eyebrows rose with
interest.
Trunks looked down at his little sister; it was good to finally have her
home. He slowly nodded his head. "Yeah, I did." He looked back towards the
house. "I don't think that dad is going to let me forget it anytime soon."
He sighed in exasperation, life was so damn difficult!
Bra's eyes suddenly opened wide, a thought suddenly occurring to her
still dazed mind, "Trunks?" she asked.
"Yes?"
"You said Arianna was the same cat that attacked us that day?"
"Um, yeah."
"You and Goten cut off her tail though, didn't you?" Bra asked, her eyes
narrowing in thought.
Trunks nodded his head yes.
"The cat that attacked me looked different, darker and larger. Midnight
black and really huge, like a small horse. The cat that attacked us in the
woods was smaller, more dainty and was brown with a tint of red, remember?"
She paused, collecting her thoughts, "Plus, the cat that attacked me still
had it's tail intact. Arianna is not the cat that attacked me, there is
another Arcaticain here on Earth!"

**************************************************************

She was back in that horrible cell again, the pitch-blackness and the
silence were enough to drive anyone crazy, but the torment was the worst.
Shortly after they had thrown her, quite unceremoniously may I add too, back
into the dungeon, so to speak, someone had come in with a whip. And a
braided one at that, they hurt quite a bit more! They had stripped her of
her tunic and tied her to the vermin infested thing they called a bed. Then
had proceeded to whip her. The lesions across her back were still oozing
blood, the stains of tears coursing down her cheeks evidence of the torture
that she had endured, but he worst of it was still to come.
Pinath nodded to the guard as he walked up to the door of Arianna?s cell.
"Hello, sir." The guard said, eyeing the general warily. "What can I do
for you?"
"I wish to see the prisoner," Pinath said, his eyes blazing insanely.
"Sir, by Lord Iterias' command, no one is permitted to see the prisoner
unless sanctioned by him first. Lord Iterias has informed me of no visitors
this day, I'm sorry sir, but you may not see her." The guard never saw the
hand that slapped him forcefully across the face, crushing his cheekbone and
caving it into his brain. With a gentle sigh of unknowingness, the guard
slumped against the wall and slid down to the cool floor and rested there,
unconscious, but not dead. In a great deal of pain though, to which he would
be cursing General Pinath in the morning.

(THIS IS THE WARNING; THE RAPE PART STARTS HERE, JUST SO YOU KNOW!)

The door creaked gently open, and Pinath crept into the barely lit room.
Arianna lay there, just as they had left her mere hours before. Her tunic
was still lying next to the grungy old bed, and her hands and feet were still
bound to the bedposts. He gently shut the door behind him; careful to make
sure it didn?t make a sound. He took a glow ball from a pocket in his long
grain yellow tunic and gently put it on the damp cool floor. Waving his hand
over the obsidian black ball, he infused it with a burst of energy that
ignited the elements within the mysterious ball and bathed the dreary room in
a soft pastel glow.
On slippered, feet he silently strode over to the sleeping woman, gently
running a hand down her sore reddened back. She sighed gently in her sleep
and mumbled, "Trunks," and something else. Pinath felt his blood boil at the
mention of the Half Saiyan Prince; he clenched his teeth and hands, urgently
undoing the binding at her hands.
She drowsily tried to roll over, her eyes slowly opening. "Pinath?" she
asked confused. "What do you think you're doing?"
He growled low in his throat, "Something I should have done a long time
ago!" He said between clenched teeth. He tore at the knots binding her
wrists, his fingers unable to undo the tight knots, growling again, he tore
into them with his teeth. He spit out a bit of sinew, the whole time his
eyes hungrily wondering over her exposed and covered flesh. His mind
fantasizing about what it would be like to mate with her, knowing she would
fight him the whole entire time.
She growled in return, expressing what she thought of what he was about
to do, "Only a mykling attacks when one is bound, have you lost your nerve
Pinath, that you have to resort to this?"
He growled low in his throat, "Shut up you bitch!" He snarled, slapping
her hard across her face.
She spit at him, "You know you won't get away with this, Iterias will
have your head once he finds out, and if my child is harmed, Trunks will
certainly hunt you down and kill you painfully!" It didn't hurt to throw in
a few lies here and there.
"The Saiyan trash knows nothing of this child," Pinath said, savagely
striking her stomach. She clenched her stomach muscles so that they took the
brunt of the assault. "And as for your brother, no one will be able to blame
me for what I?m going to do to you, they all see you as a whore anyhow. Only
a whore would spread her legs for the enemy. No true class Arcaticain lady
would mate with a Saiyan, so no one will care what I do to you, and so you
brother won't be able to do a damn thing about it!"
He grabbed hold of one of her breasts, twisting it mercilessly in his
grasp, roughing assaulting the tender nipple. She bucked furiously, trying
to bounce him off the bed. He slapped her again across the face. He was
going to untie her so he could flip her over on the bed and her could take
her that way, but if she didn't want to cooperate, that was fine by him. He
straddled her back, settling his weight across her so she couldn't move
around anymore. She screamed, still trying to throw him off. He reached
underneath her again and grabbed hold of the other breast this time, roughly
tugging at the soft nipple that crowned it. He bent down, non-to gently
biting at her neck. She tossed her head, trying to smack him in the face
with her whip-like hair.
He grabbed hold of her hair with his free hand and yanked hard, "Hold
still and be nice, and I may be gentle. Or if you insist on playing this
way, I'll be rough and hard too," he whispered in her ear.
Her body settled for only an instant, "I'll never give into you
willingly! I belong to Trunks now, learn to deal with it!" She shouted.
He was off of her in an instant. Arianna froze, her stomach dropping
down to her toes. Her mouth suddenly went dry. /No, he wouldn't!/ she
thought frantically. /He wouldn't-/ the thought died in mid thought.
He was on her again, and wasn't wasting anytime, he'd shoved her legs
apart, wasn't even worrying about the leggings she wore or the protective
covering that a female also wore. He just flexed his hips and surged into
her. She screamed, the invasion to much. Her body fought to stay in
control, it was to much and she couldn't handle it. The tears ran down her
cheeks again, flashes of Trunks appeared before her eyes, her mind's only way
to cope with what was going on.
He pumped into her, feeling her incredible tightness surround and caress
him. It was ecstasy and torture all in one, and it was all his for the
taking whenever he wanted. He pumped furiously, going deeper and deeper with
each thrust. Her silkiness smothered him, her juices flowing and surrounding
him. He sighed, felt her shudder and fantasized she was shuddering from
pleasure. He grabbed hold of her breasts, one in each hand, tugging on the
pink buds, his teeth biting the smooth flesh of her neck.
He pumped harder and faster, feeling the end coming way to soon. With a
hot rush of passion he exploded inside her, spilling his seed into her
warmth. Stars exploded inside his head, and he careened over the edge.
Fully spent, he collapsed on top of her.
The tears ran unchecked down her cheeks, her body violated and her heart
crushed. She should have fought harder, so much harder. What can one do
though, when your hands are bound ? The tears continued to flow even harder
as thoughts of Trunks and what could have been briefly flitted through her
mind.
